PhotoSelect.app

Your photographer has sent you a link to PhotoSelect.app. Before you can view and select your photos, you need to create a free account.

1. 1Open the link your photographer sent you, or visit the PhotoSelect.app website directly.
2. 2Click the Register button on the homepage.
3. 3Fill in the registration form: First name and Last name, your Email address (used to log in and receive notifications), Phone number, and a Password of at least 6 characters.
4. 4Click Register to submit.
5. 5Check your email inbox — you'll receive a verification email from PhotoSelect.app.
6. 6Click the verification link inside the email to activate your account.

Once your account is verified:

1. 1Go to the PhotoSelect.app website and click Login.
2. 2Enter your email address and password.
3. 3Click Login.
4. 4You'll be taken to your Dashboard, where your photo albums are waiting.

Don't worry — it happens to everyone.

1. 1On the Login page, click the "Forgot password?" link.
2. 2Enter your email address and click Send reset link.
3. 3Check your inbox for a password reset email from PhotoSelect.app.
4. 4Click the link in the email.
5. 5Enter your new password (at least 6 characters) and confirm it.
6. 6Click Save — you can now log in with your new password.

After logging in, you land on your Dashboard. This is your home base.

• You'll see album cards for each photo session your photographer has shared with you.
• Each card shows the album name and a cover photo.
• Click on any album card to open the Photo Gallery for that session.

The Photo Gallery is where you make all your selections. It has a dark background to help the photos stand out.

5.1 Understanding the Toolbar

• Album name — which album you're viewing
• Selection count — e.g. "12 / 84 selected" so you always know where you stand
• Filter toggle — switch between "All photos" and "Selected only" view
• Confirm Selection button (lock icon) — use this when you're done choosing
• Lamp Cube button (lamp icon) — to order a 3D Lamp Cube (see Section 6)

5.2 Selecting Photos

To select a photo from the grid:

1. 1Click the checkbox or heart icon on a photo card. The card will turn purple/highlighted to show it's selected.
2. 2Click it again to deselect.

To select a photo from the lightbox (fullscreen view):

1. 1Click anywhere on the photo (not the checkbox) to open the lightbox.
2. 2In the lightbox, click the Select button or press Space to toggle the selection.
3. 3Use the arrow buttons on screen (or your keyboard arrow keys) to navigate between photos.
4. 4Press Escape or click outside the photo to close the lightbox.

5.3 Ordering Print Copies

Each photo can be ordered as a physical print in two sizes:

To add prints:

1. 1On any photo card, find the +/− counters for each size.
2. 2Click + to add a copy, − to remove one.
3. 3The first time you add a print, a confirmation dialog will appear explaining the pricing — click Confirm to proceed. This dialog only appears once.
4. 4You can also adjust print counts from the bottom panel of the lightbox view.

5.4 Ordering Photo Canvases

A canvas print means your photo is printed and stretched onto a wooden frame — like a painting you hang on a wall. You can order the same photo in up to four sizes:

To order a canvas:

1. 1On a photo card, find the canvas size buttons (labeled with the dimensions).
2. 2Click a size — a confirmation dialog will appear showing the price for that size.
3. 3Click Confirm to add it to your order. The size button will turn purple to show it's active.
4. 4Click the same size again (and confirm) to remove it.

5.5 Album Options

In the sidebar panel you'll find several optional checkboxes:

• Share on social networks — give the photographer permission to post your photos on social media
• All Raw Photos on USB — receive all photos from this session on a USB drive (+€100)
• Payment to Account — you'd like to pay by bank transfer instead of in person
• Postal Delivery — have your prints or canvas delivered by mail (+€5 delivery fee)

5.6 Price Summary

The sidebar shows a live price breakdown that updates as you make selections:

• Base package price (set by your photographer)
• Extra photos above the package limit
• Print copies total
• Canvas prints total
• Post/delivery fee (if selected)
• USB fee (if selected)

5.7 Locking Your Selection (Confirm Selection)

When you're happy with everything:

1. 1Click the Confirm Selection button (lock icon) in the toolbar.
2. 2A summary dialog will appear showing the complete price breakdown.
3. 3Review it carefully, then click Confirm.

A 3D Lamp Cube is a custom-made illuminated cube with your photos on each face. You can order one from the gallery toolbar (lamp icon) or by visiting the Lamp Order section directly.

The order is completed in four simple steps:

Click My Orders in the navigation menu to see all your Lamp Cube orders.

Each order shows:

• The order ID and date
• The current order status
• The payment status (unpaid / paid)

Mobile Gestures

• Swipe left/right in the lightbox to navigate between photos
• Tap a photo in the grid to open it fullscreen
• Tap the checkbox/heart icon to select without opening fullscreen

Live Price Updates

The price summary in the sidebar updates instantly every time you:

• Select or deselect a photo
• Add or remove a print copy
• Toggle a canvas size
• Check or uncheck an album option (USB, Post, etc.)
